OBSERVAÇÕES SOBRE O NEXO ENTRE MUDANÇA TÉCNICA E REESTRUTURAÇÃO AGROINDUSTRIAL

Resumo

Discutem-se os modos de produção e as relações entre agricultura e agroindústria. Analisam-se sucintamente o desenvolvimento da bioindustrialização e as teorias sobre a inovação tecnológica. Conclui-se que as previsões sobre os impactos da biotecnologia na reestruturação agroindustrial padecem de lastimável reducionismo tecnicista.

REMARKS ON THE NEXUS OF TECHNICAL CHANGE AND AGROINDUSTRIAL REORGANIZATION
ABSTRACT
Production modes and relations between agriculture and agroindustry are discussed. The development of bioindustrialization and theories on technological innovations are summarily analized. Conclusion points out that forecastings of biotechnological impacts on agroindustrial reorganization suffer from a pitifull technicist reducionism.
