A IMPORTÂNCIA DA SUPERAÇÃO DO PARADIGMA PRODUTIVISTA PELOS SISTEMAS ESTADUAIS DE PESQUISA

Resumo

O texto trata das mudanças, em curso, na estrutura institucional da pesquisa agropecuária brasileira. Como pano de fundo dessas mudanças, são abordadas as transformações paradigmáticas na ciência e tecnologia e como se refletem na superação do "padrão moderno da agricultura". São discutidas as estruturas institucionais atuais e o papel que os sistemas estaduais de pesquisa agropecuária podem vir a assumir no processo de transformação em curso. Conclui-se pela necessidade de adequação das estruturas estaduais ao novo contexto, assim como pela sua importância na consolidação do Sistema Nacional de Pesquisa Agropecuária (SNPA).

THE IMPORTANCE OF SUPPLANTING THE PRODUTIVISM PARADIGM FOR THE STATE RESEARCH SYSTEMS
ABSTRACT
This paper reffers to institutional change in Brazilian agricultural research. In the changing context, paradigmatic transformations in S&T are considered and as they reflect in agricultural modern pattern. The current institutional structures and the role that the agricultural research state systems would play in current changing process are discussed. The final part of the paper considers the need of restructuration of the State systems to the new context, and their rellevance to the Brazilian Agricultural Research System (SNPA) consolidation.
