QUESTÕES DE FUNDAMENTAÇÃO PARA A PRÁTICA DE DIFUSÃO DE TECNOLOGIA

Resumo

Este trabalho discute a difusão de tecnologia de forma abrangente, destacando a importância da análise das questões inerentes à própria tecnologia. As relações entre as economias dos países centrais e periféricos e entre a pequena produção e a produção empresarial são consideradas importantes para a compreensão da difusão de tecnologia. Nessa direção é igualmente lembrado o papel do Estado e das instituições no modelo de modernização da agricultura brasileira. A pequena produção é colocada em discussão frente à pretensa existência de uma tecnologia ideal.

FUNDAMENTATION QUESTIONS FOR THE PRACTICE OF DIFFUSION OF TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

This work is a comprehensive discussion of diffusion of technology, in which the importance of the analysis of matters inherent to technology in itself are enhanced. The relationships between economies of central and peripheric countries and between small scale and entrepeneurial production are considered important for the understanding of diffusion of technology. In this respect, the role of the State and its institutions in the brazilian agricultural modernization model is also pointed out. Small scale production is discussed in view of a supposed existence of an ideal technology.
