A AGROINDÚSTRIA E OS AGRICULTURES

Resumo

Distinguem-se três momentos no processo de industrialização brasileira em relação à agricultura. O primeiro momento caracteriza-se pelo desenvolvimento do capitalismo urbano, à custa de enormes transferências de recursos do meio rural para a industrialização. O segundo momento reflete a expansão da agroindústria e a penetração do capitalismo moderno no campo. O terceiro momento, em andamento, é o da fusão dos interesses da agroindústria e dos agricultores. Ao final da discussão são apresentadas conclusões e recomendações.

AGROINDUSTRY AND THE FARMERS
Abstract
Three phases in the process of Brazilian industrialization in relation to agriculture are distinguished. The first phase is characterized by the development of urban capitalism at the cost of enormous transfers of resources from the rural areas for industrialization. The second phase reflects the expansion of agroindustry and the penetration of modern capitalism in to rural areas. The third phase, currently underway, is that of a fusion of the interests of agroindustry and that of the farmers. At the end of the discussion, conclusions and recommendations are presented.
