AGRICULTURA ORGÂNICA E O COMÉRCIO JUSTO

Resumo

Este artigo faz uma revisão sobre a estruturação do mercado orgânico e do mercado justo no Estado de São Paulo, considerando também as entidades internacionais construídas para viabilizar o comércio entre países. O objetivo é analisar qual é o novo papel do Estado, segundo o movimento orgânico que é socialmente mais organizado entre nós.

ORGANIC AGRICULTURE AND FAIR TRADE

Abstract
This paper gives an overview on organic agriculture market strucrure and fair trade practices stressing how the social movements have developed and are organized within the State of São Paulo and towards international trade. The main objective is to identify what is the new role given to the public sector by the social movements related to organic agriculture.
